With our clients we create a custom project schedule to ensure that the building and design professionals understand what they can expect from us.
We start by defined starting cost inputs, then proceed with revisions through conversations between owners/project leads until an final budget is reached which adheres closely enough for their liking so as not leave them wanting in anyway possible when it comes time put pen-to paper on contract documents later down road.
And anyone else already involved in the project, such as an architect.
This may include: Architect, Subcontractor, Structural engineer, Interior designer, Landscape architect.
Constructibility, Material choices, Preferred vendors, Design details whether it's residential and commercial projects.
Our goal here is to define as many building materials and details as possible.
