After noticing that many construction service companies have questionable tactics in certain areas, the founders wanted to provide more integrity and honesty to people who need construction services.“

Calin Noonan

Co-Founder

With more than 15 years of construction and project management experience in the Tampa Bay area, Calin serves as the project lead for Cask Construction. He has an extensive background in contracting and managing the development of dozens of new home builds and renovations.

Chad Holman

Co-Founder

Chad brings 15 years of project management experience to the team. He spent a large portion of his career working for an international GC building hospitals and clinics, he also has extensive experience in the restaurant & hospitality space.

Mike Daniell

Lead Superintendent

Mike is born and raised in Pinellas County and has been around construction in this area his entire life. His father owned a construction company, which lead to Mike getting his GC license 18 years ago and has been building in Pinellas county ever since.

Steve Duffy

Residential and commercial - 7 years.
Steven Duffy is a third generation St. Petersburg native. He attended the University of Florida where he received a bachelors degree in Building Construction Management. He is a Certified General Contractor with over 25 years in the construction industry. Past projects include schools, restaurants, townhouses, and hospitals around the country, serving as superintendent and/or project manager. He decided he was ready to move back to St. Petersburg and focus on family. Steven is married and has two beautiful children and enjoys his time off at his family property on the Suwannee River, boating, spearfishing, and golf carting around with friends and family.
